Class Notes

Amanda Ormond and her husband moved to Flagstaff, AZ from Tempe in 2015 when their youngest daughter graduated from high school. This year, Amanda reached the milestone of 15 years in the business as a self-employed consultant specializing in clean energy policy and advocacy. To celebrate, she took a short sabbatical of seven weeks, spending time at the Grand Canyon, Durango and Cape Cod. She and her husband are looking forward to their older daughter returning to live in the states in 2017 after working in Columbia since 2015.

This has been a busy year for Laura Wong Doloff and family. Lauren, their youngest is a freshman and their oldest, Kaylee is a senior at Liberty HS in Colorado Springs. They both enjoy marching band and this year they finally made 1^st place at the Colorado Marching Band Competition. Kaylee is looking forward to majoring in Pre-med at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs, choosing to stay close to home. Laura is enjoying teaching Spanish at an elementary school and her husband Mike is a Software Engineer for Boeing after retiring from the US Air Force. Laura still keeps in touch with Karen Mason and Ginger Deane, former roommates.
