Class Notes

Lynne O’Saben Stewart’s oldest son is now a senior in high school. They toured UMW last year during spring break; Lynne said the new buildings were amazing and it felt like Goolrick Hall is now the center of campus instead of being in the hinterland. She reminisced about making that long trek from Russell Hall where she lived for 2 years. Lynne also mentioned that she saw several Mary Washington alumni this past summer when Michelle Ward Conrad (90) was in town from California with her family. They met at the home of Marty Stewart Carpenter (90) and Sean Carpenter (90) in Leesburg along with Andrea Cooper Coron (90), Greg Coron (88), Jeff Coron (89) and Kristen Livingston Coron (88). She shared how wonderful it was to see everyone, time well spent on Marty and Sean’s patio with some fantastic watermelon margaritas. Life is good.
