Hi Class of 94!

Big shoutout to my friend Nate Wade, who was our class agent forever. Now he’s back to focusing on his public defender career in Arizona. So I’ve stepped in to help coordinate the class of 94.

James and Angie Noll live in Fredericksburg, surrounded by college kids who, thankfully, don’t know how to party as hard as they did in the 90s. James is an English Teacher (16 years, oy vey!), and Angie is an Infant Intake Case Manager (over 20 years, oy vey’er!). They have three kids, Haley, Taylor, and Elena, and one grandson, Shaun. Haley is going to school and raising her family in Maryland, Taylor is studying theater at Lees Mcrae, and Elena is trying to graduate from high school early. Shaun just turned one a few months ago, so he’s still trying to figure a lot of things out, like language and fine-motor skills. He has a hard job of work in front of him.

As if that wasn’t enough, James has been self-publishing horror, sci-fi, and post-apocalyptic fiction (www.jamesnoll.net), started The Fredericksburg Independent Book Festival, and is working on The Fredericksburg Indie Authors Conference (www.fredbookfest.com). Angie ain’t so slouch neither. She’s been heavily involved in bringing The Fredericksburg Food Co-op to the area. With over 600 members, they’re very close to purchasing their store space! www.fredericksburgfoodcoop.com

Sarah King Capps resides in Franklin County and manages the Southern Virginia office of the Tobacco Region Revitalization Commission, an economic development agency of the Commonwealth.

Danielle Goldstein live in Fredericksburg, married to Dan, nurse at Mary Washington Hospital in the interventional radiology department, she just earned another degree from UMW this year…her bachelors of science in nursing! Two kids, Elayne age 11 and Jacob age 14. In her free time, Enjoys watching them play baseball and field hockey.

Phil Stoneman is Continuing a career in music support and production like he did back in the day. He started Leaping Frog Productions LLC in 2106 to provide wedding and private party DJ and MC services to Northern Virginia and D.C.

Becky Miller Duff lives in Charlottesville, VA with her husband and two kids ages 4 and 8. She works for the Batten Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the UVA Darden School of Business. When not shuttling kids to activities, you can usually find her at one of the many gorgeous, kid-friendly VA vineyards or hiking the many trails in the area on weekends.

Pamela Jensen Roszell wrote and caught me up on her whole crew! (The next 5 are all from Pam)
—-Pam lives in Denver and writes environmental planning (NEPA) documents for federal agencies including HUD, FHWA, DOE, and DoD while dealing with the shenanigans of her 11th, 9th, and 5th graders. She is a craft beer aficionado and frequents local breweries and beer fests. You can also find her running local trails or the stairs at Red Rocks Amphitheater so she can still somewhat fit into her clothes after drinking said craft beer.

Missy works as an office manager in NoVa in a specialized medical facility, making patients feel at ease. Her oldest daughter is a freshman at UVa and youngest is a skilled swimmer in 7th grade. When she can get away, she joins her husband on family visits in Ireland and elsewhere in Europe. She, Jeff Hood, and Angie Monteith Noll occassionally get together to run long races in VA.

Emily Erlandson Henning:
After a 5 year stint in Nairobi, Kenya for her husband’s work, riding elephants in her spare time, she had a reverse culture shock moving back to and adjusting to Atlanta. She and her family moved to Jackson, MS in December to see how that compares.

Vicky Fellows Sullivan:
Vicky is a Family Nurse Practitioner is Harrisonburg raising 3 rambunctious boys, while her daughter just graduated with a psychology degree from Christopher Newport. She spends all of her free time shuttling her boys between sporting events but did get away to visit family in England in the summer 2017.

Sami VanVliet:
Sami is some sort of cyber security expert in Atlanta. While not keeping the bad guys out of corporate environs, she does a lot of yoga and samples many brands of wine.

Jenny White Formon:
Jenny is a Montessori teacher in Charlotte and is very active in her daughters’ softball careers, while her son is in college in NC. She, Kory Formon (class of 95) and the whole family got away to Costa Rica over the holidays.

And as for me, Jennifer Dockeray Muniz, (your new class agent) : I’m still living in Austin, Texas with my husband Glenn and our 2 sons, Waylon and Wyatt. I just celebrated a big milestone for my career at Apple, I’ve now been with the company 20 years. It continues to be an incredible ride. In our free time, we spend time with our ranch animals in Poteet, Texas. I’ve just taken over as our class agent and look forward to hearing from you!
