Ryan Hayes has become president of the Virginia-based forensic, biometric, and identity intelligence solutions provider SNA International.

Joey LoMonaco, a sports reporter for The Free Lance-Star in Fredericksburg, was named outstanding young journalist of the year by the Virginia Press Association. Judges wrote that LoMonaco “recognizes sports journalism’s highest potential by finding the intersection of athletics and society.”
